EVENT PLANNING & EQUIPMENT SELECTION

From the simplest slide projector to complex video projection, from concert sound to stage lighting, Swank Audio Visuals offers you the finest professional meeting, convention and trade show services available anywhere. As an audiovisual rental company whose experience pre-dates color motion pictures, television and both audio and videotapes, we have been part of the most profound changes in the way people communicate. We offer you direct access to millions of dollars worth of our equipment. Keeping abreast of the latest hardware, and making it available to our costumers, has been our full time job for over half a century. We will assist you in equipment selection, choosing exactly the right systems for the situation. As members of your meeting team, we will conserve your valuable time and because we routinely double-check both our planning and our equipment, there will be no surprises and no last-minute hassles. Swank Audio Visuals' professionals are dedicated to making your meeting a successful one.

PROFESSIONAL TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

We employ an experienced staff of professional technicians trained in all aspects of projection, video, audio, and lighting available for your meeting. If you have extensive or specialized audiovisual requests, a professional technician is recommended. With some equipment, a technician is required for successful operation. If you would like the services of a professional technician to be assigned and dedicated to work with you, we will be glad to make these arrangements in advance of your meeting.

EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION & RESERVATIONS

Depending on the nature, extent or quantity of your requirements, an additional charge will be applied for the set-up and pre-testing of equipment, including the safety tape-down of cables, additional power cords, and the pack-up and removal of equipment at the conclusion of your event. Some equipment requires a minimum charge for a technician at the prevailing hourly rate for installation and removal. Please call for the current labor rates.
